Directions to Thames Gateway FC

Our home ground address is Lakeside Football Ground, Arterial Road, West Thurrock.

The nearest postcode to show up on sat nav is RM19 1EA which will get you to the Go Kart track next door on the Arterial Road.

The ground has excellent facilities including a club house selling tea, coffee, soft drinks, rolls and sandwiches all at very reasonable prices.  There is also a licensed bar.

From clockwise M25 (heading towards the QE2 Bridge)

Take the last exit before the QE2 Bridge (Jnc 30).  At the roundabout take the second exit towards the services, keeping left after exiting the roundabout as the right lane re-joins the M25.  Do not enter the services but stay on the road until the next roundabout.  Take first exit (A1306) and then go straight over the next roundabout. After about half a mile you come to a further roundabout with traffic lights.  Take third exit (first is for Go Karts, second is for Lakeside).  After about 400 yards you will see a turning on the left with a sign for Hand Car Wash.  This is the entrance to the ground.

From the A13 Grays exit

After leaving the A13 take the roundabout exit toward Grays.  At next roundabout (Treacle Mine) take fourth exit toward Lakeside.  Follow the road down the hill past the Harvester on your right to next roundabout and go straight over.  You will see Sainsburys on the left and the ground is just ahead on the right.  However, there is a no right turn in to the entrance so go past it, up to the next roundabout and come back.
